After graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage in 1995, I practiced massage therapy at a chiropractic office as well as at a health club. In 2000, I was given the opportunity to launch A Touch of Health at the YMCA in Reston. My goal was to create a unique establishment with excellent massage and rates anyone can afford; a place where people can come and receive various massage techniques to reduce daily stress and experience a personal connection with a qualified massage therapist.

Our therapists continue their education yearly to provide top quality services to our valued clients old and new. It has been an incredible pleasure working with individuals in this manner and watching people live a healthy and happy life. It is amazing to think something so readily available can make such a difference. We welcome individuals from all walks of life and we look forward to meeting you.
